An Italian family firm set up in 1959, Legoplast specializes in packaging and polybags. The company employs around 15 people and generates an annual turnover of € 2,0 million. Its integrated production facility is equipped with six manufacturing machines and two printing machines. It produces between 2,500 and 200,000 pieces per client, with a total production capacity of 1.5 million pieces per month.
Legoplast sells its packaging products to the beachwear, underwear, cosmetics, fashion, and household linen markets. The company can create personalised packaging products to meet each client’s needs. Minimum orders (2,500 pieces) are delivered within two to five weeks. The firm is REACH certified. Legoplast uses recyclable raw materials and sends its waste to recycling companies that use it to make various products such as garden furniture.
The firm exports 10 percent of its output to around 15 countries. It is rapidly developing its market share in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Tunisia, and Morocco.
