ROTA TEKSTIL BILGISAYAR SISTEMLERI SAN VE TIC LTD STI

Country/region: Turkey

The family-owned business founded in 1957 and managed by Saim Alikaya has become a leading sock manufacturing specialist. Rota Tekstil employs 400 people at two production sites in Yozgat and Kütahya, Turkey. The factories are equipped with high-performance machines using the latest technology: single- and double-needle circular knitting machines, machines pour seamless garments, weft knitting machines, flat bed knitting machines adapted for terry loops, and more.
Rota Tekstil is renowned for its top-quality products and pro-innovation policies. In partnership with Lenzing, the company recently developed a brand new product using a very specific type of Lyocell yarn. All new products are tested in the in-house laboratory. Rota Tekstil’s own brand Aytug Socks encompasses an extensive collection of knitted socks in the best quality materials including lambswool, bamboo, Coolmax, Tencel, Modal, and organic cotton. The company is very committed to the environment and also presents a wide choice of eco-friendly products. Rota Tekstil holds GOTS, Oeko-Tex, ISO 9001 and FQC 14001, OHSAS 18001, SA8000 and Sedex certificates and is also the only Turkish business with Intertek certification.
Rota Tekstil works closely with several brands such as Lacoste, Puma, Tommy Hilfiger, Lotto, Gant, Nautica, and others. The business is also a partner to groups such as the Swiss Migros Group. Export accounts for 75 percent of sales.
