Taubert, where intimates offer the softest caress (nightwear, loungewear, spawear and legwear for women and men)
It all began in 1934, when Friedrich Taubert set up a glove factory, at the age of 24. The company started producing lingerie and knits in 1948 and still carries out these two activities today, enabling the Taubert brand to continue relying on extremely soft fabrics, that make us want to reach out and touch them. Knit production has expanded in parallel to the brand, helping it remain at the cutting edge in terms of innovation and softness. It was the first to use cotton velvet, back in the 1970s, launching a range of particularly comfortable homewear, with a smooth, extra-soft hand-feel. A host of other knits followed, over the years, including a soft and cuddly micro velour fabric and peachskin cotton. The goal has always remained the same: offering fabrics with a ‘cocooning’ and ‘feel good’ factor, which the wearer can snuggle into, like a gentle caress on the skin. The brand recently took the natural step of launching a new spa line, consisting of comfy bathrobes, which wrap the wearer in a cocoon of softness and wellbeing.
